EmbryoClinic’s Medical Team and Dr. Elias Tsakos actively participate in the promotion of innovation, prioritizing patient benefit, and invite you to the first Scientific Meeting of the Hellenic Society of Robotic Gynaecological Surgery on the 30th of November, 2024 in Thessaloniki, Greece. Save the date!
Robotic Surgery is the future of Gynaecological Surgery and Fertility Surgery in particular. The state-of-the-art robotic arms, the precise surgical instruments and the high definition, three dimensional imaging in the hands of an experienced Surgeon can produce impressive results, with lower surgical risk even in the most challenging cases
One of our most fundamental principles at EmbryoClinic is to follow and adopt the latest advancements in medical technology, with patient benefit as our guiding light. This desire to help our patients, was the primary motivator behind our Medical Director’s, Dr. Elias Tsakos, initiative to co-found the Hellenic Society of Robotic Gynaecological Surgery (HERGS), along with other eminent Greek Robotic Surgeons in 2023; a society aiming at promoting this innovative technique in Greece, providing evidence-based practice guidelines and defending patient accessibility rights.
A year later, Dr. Elias Tsakos, currently the newly elected President of HERGS, along with the rest of the Society’s Council, invite you to the First HERGS Scientific Meeting at the Hyatt Residency Thessaloniki Hotel on November 30, 2024. During the meeting, the latest available evidence on the application of Robotic Surgery in Gynaecology will be presented, hotly debated clinical dilemmas will be discussed and HERGS’ roadmap for future events will be announced. The event welcomes Robotic Surgeons, Obstetrics and Gynaecology specialists and trainees, Medical Students, nurses and professionals from other medical, para-medical and non-medical fields, with particular scientific interest in Robotic Surgery.
